I purchased the extension, created the appropriate API Credentials...etc. The form is not showing buttons to confirm appointments, nor allowing payment through PayPal. Thanks.

Don’t worry about it, I purchased another plugin. I don’t have time to wait with this project. Please still post any updates to the issue, as I can use the plugin with other projects. If not, I will request a refund via PayPal. Thanks.
