Support › no PayPal / submit buttons showing

Hi, when I am checking the pay pall box the submit button disappears...can you tell me how to fix this issue?

I don't know if this info helps but when I inspected the code of my website on my browser I observed this:

If I change "none" with "yes" the buttons show up:

Hi, can you please purge cache if you have it? Most likely it is caching content of page with old settings. Best regards, Nikola
