Hi this looks like a very thorough plug-in. I set up multiple locations and services (2 of each) but the booking form doesn't offer the pull-down menu to choose, it just lets the user fill it in and always books just the one location and service. Any ideas what I have done wrong? Thanks

Sorry, fixed now I had not set 3 of the connections "is working" to "yes".
