We have multiple locations with multiple staff however we would like people to be able to book online without having to pick a staff member or even showing a selection for one in the booking view. Please let me know if this is possible.

You can have one default worker and make id predefine like in this example: https://easy-appointments.com/predefined-selections-responsive/ also you can name it with _ like _dummy and it will not even be shown in appointments overview. Best regards, Nikola
