No success message

Hi,
I don't get a success message after booking. Chrome prints this error message: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'message' of undefined
How can I fix that?

Hi,
looks like error on backend side. Can you please check the error log file on your hosting? There must be some log records regarding that error.

Hi, after clicking submit I get the following error in the error log file:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: ea_fields in /easy-appointments/src/fields/tablecolumns.php on line 91
I also scrolled through the log file and found some other errors that I couldn't reproduce: 10.11.2018 00:15:25 [client] PHP Notice: Undefined index: service in /easy-appointments/src/ajax.php on line 1001

Hi,
I am using PHP 7.2, but I also tried 5.6 and got the same error.
