Hello.
I started using your pay-as-you-go solution. As I understand it, when booking, the item is added to the cart and the client must pay. But I do not really like that the client immediately after confirming the reservation and before paying, receives a notification pending, and the administrator receives the reservation in the admin panel. Have you thought about adding a notification at the stage of choosing the date and time of booking that you need to pay?
Since the client cannot immediately see the added product to the cart.
And you can also add the ability to prevent the client from receiving any notifications before paying for the booking? Or add a new notice before "Pending" something like Pay for your booking. And so that notifications are tied to payment status and "Pending" notifications are automatically sent

Hi, you can add redirect url so when user book appointment she/he will be redirected for example to cart page to see item there. Also you can alter pending template to inform customer that paying service will be required as a next step to confirm booking. Best regards, Nikola

Thank you for your reply. But I did not find a window where you can insert a redirect. Can you please help and tell me where to do this so that the redirection works after clicking the button? I did not find

Hi, that is under EA Settings > Form styles & Redirect there you can set redirect links. Best regards, Nikola
