When I tested the booking to confirm that the Error reported has been resolved I have noticed that I did not receive usual notification of the successful booking. The Submit button becomes disabled (as it should), but no notification. This left me puzzled if the booking went through or not. Only by receiving the e-mail, I know that the booking was successful, but for the user, it is not obvious now. Thanks.

Hi Alex,
can you please check if there is any error regarding that inside error log file on your hosting?
