We only want one slot to be booked per customer. Once one slot is booked this should then be unavailable.
However, if a customer books a slot (for example 4pm - 4.15pm) then no other slots on the same day appear available to customers.
Services>Duration 15, slot step 15, daily limit 1 (this seems to make no difference if changed)
Connections> slots 1 (does this make a difference?)
Settings> Busy slots exclusive by worker
Can someone please offer some guidance with this?
