Is this process is right to sync my google calendar and the outlook calendar?

• So, first of all, we need to purchase your extension plugin. After that, I can sync my google calendar and our appointment plugin.  
• After that ical file from google calendar copy path of ical file and put it into outlook calendar that's it.
• My outlook and google calendar automatically sync. 
• Is it right way to sync outlook and google calendar with our plugin
