FEATURE REQUEST: For Services that have a fee applied to them. I'd like to see an option that when a Site Visitor requests a booking the time slot is set to Pending. The Worker then receives the Appointment Request. Then if acceptable by the Worker a Confirmation is sent which includes PayPal invoice. Once the PayPal invoice is paid the appointment goes from Pending to Booked and added to Worker and Prospect's calendar.
