I just installed plug in and connector.  Calendar seems to be working to select a time, but there is no "make appointment" button showing or when I select option to require Paypal, no paypal shows either.  We are using Divi theme and i tried it with and without Divi builder: https://ourinnerwisdom.com/make-appointment/ https://ourinnerwisdom.com/make-reservation/ Inspecting code I see display:none in a few areas around those form buttons:
