Paypal payment processed but no appointment booked
Sometimes, potential clients book an appointment and a Paypal payment is processed but no appointment comes through the EA system and, as a result, nothing is added to our calendar. We do get a confirmation email for the payment from Paypal.
I've noticed this only happens when potential clients book on their own and the "transaction type" in Paypal is "Mobile Payment."
