To entice users to pay in advance through paypal it would be convenient to allow users to select [pay on site] or [pay with PayPal].
By choosing [pay with PayPal], a discount on the rate set in percentage (Example 10%) or in money (example $ 10) would be applied.

Hi Renato, atm that could be done only by adding custom script to that page.
