In the form to schedule an appointment, I noticed the personal information, such as email, name and telephone, are shown of the previous session. Is there a way to disable this so that the form does not remember the data the last person entered? Thanks for your help.

Hi, there is no option for that. If you want we can add shortcode option that will prevent that? Best regards, Nikola
