Plugin breaks our primary navigation menu drop-downs

Our menu uses Bootstrap drop downs activated on click. On the page with our appointment form, the drop downs don't work. Deactivating the plugin fixes it. I don't see any javascript errors in the inspector. We're using the WP Forge theme.

Hi,
dropdowns in EA are simple select fields. It shouldn't be problem with Bootstrap, can you please check maybe there are two click events on it and for that reason it will not open. You can also try to not import any style from EA, there is special option inside EA Settings > Customize page.
