Hi. I'm looking for the following. Is this possible with the booking plug in? We have quite an extensive menu and the main reason why I’m trying to set up a booking system is to try and condense the time in which it takes to book in one appointment. When booking an appointment via messenger, we cover availability, the package they would like (depending on the package the time would differ as they can add extras) , confirmation of any dietary restrictions or allergies, deposit confirmation and acknowledgement of our Covid procedures. This takes a while when messaging over 20 people at a time
