Remove already booked times from being selected again causing double booking. I've setup everything and testing looks good.  However, I was able to book the same time slot twice.  Once a time is confirmed why is it still available to be selected.   Also, I need clarity on Block Before and Block After.  I can't find anything on what those are setting are for or how to set them. We want 1 hr. appointment from 8 am to 7 pm.  Right now Duration, Slot time, Block Before, Block After are all set to 60.

I have appointments set to confirmed instead of pending when the form is submitted. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dave Smith

Hi Dave, looks like settings issues. First thing is to check how many slots are there. You can do that by looking at time overview report inside EA admin part. Next thing would be to turn off option called multiple work inside EA settings > Customize. Regarding block Before and block after. Those values are for some people that for example need to clean up room or to travel to next customer etc. Best regards, Nikola

Thank you. I had not understood slots. I had 11 hours available so I set 11 slots, 1 for each hour. Now I understand slots are how many appointments can be scheduled in an hour. Changed the slots to 1 and removed the multiple check box.
