Thanks for the info about blocking holidays etc via Google calendar.   Just to clarify - I am not clear from the link you provided that I can easily set different time slots for different days of the week. In the demo in the link you provided, all days seem to have the same appointment slots… Please clarify.   Also, what are the requirements for PHP settings you mention please? Perhaps you could explain in FAQ the additional email requirements / additional plug-ins. I’m sure I will not be the only one with this question: I have good email via contact form 7 and Wordpress notifications of PayPal payments received, so as far as I am aware our email system is good except for Easy Appointments   Many thanks for your help Mana
