Problem after last update of Easy Appointments

After the last update, I can no longer make appointments, after I choose the date, the available times disappear and the calendar goes to another month and is empty. (november 2024)

Hi, Please update to the recent version i.e.3.12.11.1 and check if it works otherwise let us know. Thanks.

was created using your form.
Tried also to revert plugin to 3.12.10 and 3.12.9.1 but not working (rolling circle when I click on available date, and no slots appear)
