Problem with time slots being blocked
I asked about this in a ticket that seemed to die on the vine (https://easy-appointments.com/support/time-slot-taken-but-no-appointment/), but this is a VERY critical issue since we only offer 2 time slots a day and for some reason 1 is randomly unavailable.
Auto reservations is unmarked, there are no other Connections, time zone is set to a named time zone (New York) and seemingly everything else is configured properly.
Please let us know what is causing this!
