Problem with time slots being blocked
Hello, I have a problem with the plugin. When I make a reservation the calendar always takes me half an hour before and half an hour after even if I set a black time of 10 minutes. Can you help me figure out how to fix this?

Hi Mario, can you please check service settings. There you have time settings called block before/after. If those values are set it will block time before/after appointment. For example if you need to get to new location or to clean up service space etc.

Hi Nikola, thanks a lot for your speedy answer.
How you can see on the video attached, I set the block up (before and after), but it does'nt work. For exemple, I blocked the first service 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after, but the clock schedule stops 30 minute before and after.
It is build to work that way. If there is even a minute overlap in time slots it will block them. So in your case you should go to Service settings and put slot step to be 10 minutes instead of 30. So it will block only 10 minutes instead of 30 and users will be able to book appointment for example in 11:10 or 11:20 etc.
