Hi, i just wanted to know how can i add radio buttons fields in the form for appointments. I know i can use select, but i only have 2 options, so would be better a radio button. And the other question is, how can i see in the admin the name of the fields the person filled, because if the field is a question with options (yes/no), then in the admin i see for example:
- name of the person
- email
- 'Yes' or 'No', but that's not helpful. (the label would help)
