Reminder text not sending, actual booked time & "created" time record are different

sang_dangHi Nik, I forgot to update you that I did eventually get the reminder texts. But please see attached picture. I set the reminder to remind 5 minute before the appointments. As you can see, i got all 3 reminder texts at the same time for 3 different appointment slots. I hope this helps you understand the problem more. BTW, how soon do you think we can download the next update?

Hi Nik, Do you have an ETA on getting this reminder text problem fix? it just doesn’t work the way it suppose to. does it have to do with that server timezone?

Hi Nik, Just want to let you know that the latest plugin didn’t fix anything me. All the issues remain the same as described above. The appointment booked time created in the system are still somehow 1hour ahead of the actually booked time and i still can’t get the reminder text to send. Sometime they sent but usually after the appointment time and most of the time they dont even send at all. It’s just very weird…
Hi Nik, could this reminder text problem that i’m having have anything to do with cron?

here is the screenshot of the appointment i made, you can tell it doesn’t make any sense. I made an appt. at 1:51pm for 2:00pm appointment but the system shown it was created at “2:51pm”.
