Hi, Thank you for making this free plugin. I would like to remove the "Cancel" button from the form so the only option is "Submit". Can you tell me please how to remove the "Cancel" button? Thanks.

Hi, only way of doing that is to remove it from template file. There is no option for that in current version. Best regards, Nikola
