Hi, We are using pro / paid version of easy appointment. Sometime any user add reservation information, we have following issues :
  • Reservation getting auto cancelled
  • We set single slot booking but due to auto cancellation, its allowing another booking on same time slot.
  • Some reservation number entries not showing. Like last reservation number was 680 and most recent is 686 ? Anything wrong with some reservation entries between 680 - 686 ?
  • Sometime reservation entries showing for 5 mins and once its synced with calendar, its removed from appointment list at wp-admin but showing in calendar.

Hi Jas, can you please try next thing. Inside EA settings mail part, there is a option to set two step mail actions is that turned on? Best regards, Nikola

We have this setting and has been on for the past 2 years, would it help if this were turned off?

No, that option needs to be turned on. Can you please tell me do you see prompt message when you try to cancel appointment via link?
