Hi Good plug-in btw!!! Have enjoyed it for a few years now, but with many customers often forgetting to show up to appointments, I find the need to send reminder email notifications. Is this only available via the extension plugin?  We are based in Denmark, I assume your SMS notification works only in certain countries, or does it work in Denmark too?
