SMS reminder not working

Hello,
The SMS reminder has stopped working. We only receive one SMS after the appointment is confirmed, but we do not receive any SMS 24 hours before the appointment, even though the 24-hour reminder is enabled.

Which version is the latest? We use version 1.2.0 of Easy Appointments Connect.

Hi, can you please tell me did you try setting shorter time interval, like for example 12h. Sometimes if you don't have your site connected to hosting system scheduler it can miss that event for sending notification.
