I have the plugin set up to work on this page: https://solaceshowers.com/contact-us/free-in-home-consultation/
My host says there is nothing in the error logs that would point towards a problem. Can you please help?

Hi Anya, can you please try setting off nonce inside EA Settings page. Looks like some caching issue. Also please check error log file on your hosting. There could also be some records regarding that issue.
