someday can you put a spinner for the time period between clicking submit button and completion. IT takes a very long time and if there was a spinner people would know it is still functioning. 
Also a simple Captcha like you have below would be nice.
Instead of cloning times for multiple slots could you add a drop down for number of slots instead of cloning. When you have many different locations workers and schedules cloning multiple connections becomes very confusing for changes. The program works great now and these would make it even better. Thank you for a great program!
