Hi Nicola, After we made appointments, the text message and email won't send to the client when the admin email has received the confirmation email. We just found this bug today and we don't know how many days this bug has been appeared.  Please help us to take a look. Thanks, Dominic

Hi Dominic, can you please tell me who was creating that Appointment? Is that created inside admin panel or via customers form? Best regards, Nikola

We have tried both, and none of them sent emails or text.

Hi, you have email field and that is fine. Can you please check if there are some errors in EA > Settings > Tools page. Best regards, Nikola

Hi Rajl, you have wrong value for field Send from. In your case instead of email you have written :
Auto Bil & Mek
you can see it inside your log that you have pasted:

wp_mail_failed\”:[\”Invalid address: (setFrom) Auto Bil & Mek\”]

Hello I am having a repeat issues in regards to email and texting. nothing is going out to any party after the appointment has been scheduled

Have you tried to use SMTP plugin for sending emails? Looks like there is a issue with PHP mail settings on your hosting.
