Hello Easy Appointments-Community, I have set "unconfirmed" as the default status for all appointments. After the appointment request, the customer receives an email informing him that the appointment still needs to be confirmed. The admin receives an email to confirm or cancel the link. This all works as it should. Once I click the confirm link, the customer also receives the confirmation email and the appointment jumps to "confirmed" in the system. However, immediately afterwards the admin confirmation email to confirm or cancel the appointment arrives again, which I have already received and confirmed. Perhaps I have also set a setting incorrectly? I also updated Easy Appointments this morning (version 3.5.0), the problem persists. Thank you for your help!

Hi Anneke, issue is that system does not make a difference between appointment being confirmed by Admin or by customer. That is the reason why admin receive email event if she/he used confirm link from email. Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola, what can be done to avoid getting the same email for the administrator after confirmation, cause its not necessary!
