Time Slot Changes

Hi, When someone selects a time slot then I change the status (from pending to confirmed) the the slot time changes, for example: Booking from 1 PM up to 3 PM, with standard status as pending. If I go and change it to reserved and later to confirmed the time slot that appears in the e-mail is different from the one initially set. Is there a way to avoid it? Thanks, Ilmo
