I'm looking at purchasing your extension plugin. I'm not entirely familiar with Twilio. Before I purchase the plugin for the sole purpose of having SMS text reminders i wanted to know if it require strenuous setup. Do I have to setup something through Twilio or do i just copy paste the API key I get from them into your plugin and then it works? Thanks for taking the time.

Hi,

thanks for your interest in Extension Plugin. Currently we are supporting Twilio SMS provider. There you can buy phone number and pay for SMS in a couple of clicks. After that it's just a simple copy/paste token and enter the provided phone number in Extension Plugin. You can set like send reminder 60 minutes before appointment also you customers can get SMS on Appointment creation or when you confirm Appointment.

Hi, you will have to buy Extension plugin in order to have Twilio integration. You can do that on main page here on site.

There is no separate Twilio extension it’s all part of Extension plugin.

Can you send me a link to the site that has the Twilio extension that works with Easy Appointment? When I do search on Twilio extension a few solutions pop up. I want to buy the one that works with Easy Appointment. George V

Hi, https://easy-appointments.com/ here as Extension plugin. You have two versions with one or two year updates. After you buy Extension you will get email with download link for plugin.

I think I messed up. I just purchased the plugin (2 year option). I did not know that twilio was already baked into the Connect (Beta) plugin that was already installed. I had purchased the Connect plugin on 7/7/2018. Can you cancel my latest order from today. Your paypal account should one purchase today and one from 7/7/18. Sorry for the confusion. George V

Thanks. I have signed up with Twilio, configured the Twilio extension. However, SMS is not being received. Can I speak to you for a few minutes to see what I am doing wrong? I did not see a tech support number. Hence this request. George V
