Twilio not sending text to customer

Hi Nikola
Great plugin, thanks for all the work you are doing.
With twilio integration, as admin, I get a text but no text is sent to the customer. I have tried 'customer' and 'customer and employee', would prefer the name set up as 'Worker' on settings page. the twilio logs correctly report the texts sent to me as the employee. Please advise Kind regards Kevin

ok, i got it.
The Twilio basic account only sends texts to the 'Registered' number.
upgraded to a paid account, all working ok.
