Two appts at the same time

I have several different types of appointments that can be scheduled for me on my calendar. I'm noticing that different people can schedule different types of appointments for the same time slot. For example, I'm seeing 2 different people schedule for 12 pm, one for a 15 min slot and the other for a 60 min slot. How do I prevent this from happening, as I cannot be in two appointments at once?

Hi Shaun, that all depends on how settings are set. Inside EA Settings Page there is option for calculating busy slots. There you can set to calculate slots by Worker so one person can only do one thing at the time.
