'Two step action links in email' does not work
Hi Nikola,
I've already wrote you about this problem.
The '2 step action' doesn't work for me. I've tested it on several websites with no success. The links in the email (confirm, cancel) are automatically triggered by the mail server or manually if i click on the link in the email.
I never see an additional Yes/No dialog where I can confirm the action in a second step. I saw that other users had the same problem. I couldn't find a solution in the forum. Do you have an idea where the problem can be? is there anything else i can try?
Thank you
Regards

Hi, can you please check one of those links? Do you see form where you need to confirm the action?
Best regards,
Nikola
if i inspect the link in the email it looks like this:
https://mysite.com/?_ea-action=confirm&_ea-app=5&_ea-t=e985a16db07142e5b4230f098622dc2a

What happens when you click on it? If that appointment is already canceled please change that status to pending in Admin part and try again.
Best regards,
Nikola
The Standardstatus is set to pending. So all the new appointment request are pending.
I test now the plugin on a server that doesn't trigger the email links. If i click on the email link (confirm), than i see a new page with a confirm message. The same if i click on the cancel link, than i see a cancel message. After that the appointment status is correctly updated in Admin. Hier my settings:
But i need the two step function because the server of my customer trigger all the links in the email.. thanx

Hi, thanks for screenshots, are those events in past time? That could be only reason why you couldn't see the two step action.
Best regards,
Nikola
No, events are not in the past time.
Now i tried it with an event with date December 2022 with the same result.
Any news on this?
I am facing EXACTLY the same problem.
Hi Paulo, can you please check if there is anything in PHP error log file, and also what is the selected option for default appointment status in EA Settings page?
Best regards,
Nikola
