I have all the boxes and settings checked for paypal, but on the appointment form the Submit button is next to paypal so the user can just hit "Submit" instead of "Paypal" and the form goes through and is confirmed without paying. https://www.universal-intent.phoenixwebdesigner.com/holistic-consultations/

Hi Kelli, I can't see other button there. PayPal is the only one? Did you mark Payment required option in settings? :) Best regards, Nikola

I just added CSS to hide the Submit button which is why it wasn't showing. But yes I do have the payment as required. I just took off my CSS which hid the button to show you what it's doing if you could take a look.
