Hi, We have one worker who can implement 5 different services. I created 5 services and connected to this worker. All  services has same duration. So, doesn't matter which sevice will be provided. The issue is: One customer selected service №1, and booked time on 9.00. Another customer selected service №2 and  9.00 is available as well. So, two customer booked same time foe one worker. How this issue can be resolved? Regards, Andrey

Hi Andrey,   there is an option in settings > customize page called muliple work. Just leave that checkbox empty and save settings.   Best regards, Nikola

That don't work ! The checkbox multiple work is empty and i can book multiples services at same time for same worker.

Hi, can you please tell me if you have multiple connections for that worker / service? Each connection is one time slot so in case that you have 2 connections on one side on just 1 connection on other side it will not block the first connections.   Best regards, Nikola
