The calls seem to include <script>...</script> tags that gives warning messages. Removing the script tags cleared the warnings. 4 little rows to remove I believe...

(believe the warnings showed up after latest update)

Ooops, updated and still there in latest Easy-Appointments-Connect 0.13.3 in
  easy-appointments-connect/src/paypal_logic.php
I removed 4 script lines, 2 set of open & close tags (line no 341, 413, 442 and 530).
