I'm really sorry I need to clarify this one , because I have services with different time duration and I don'e know what does the what does the block before and block after mean?

Hi Annisa, that is for services that require time before/after for preparation. For example you need to setup/clean room or to travel to place where service is provided. Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola. I’m a bit confused as well. If I configure “block before” for 2 hours and the current time is say 10 AM. The earliest that the client can book is at 12 PM is that correct?

Yes, if you do that on global level. Option for that is inside EA Settings page.
