Hi Will, that one is simple. Imagine that you have service that is taking 60 minutes and you set connection working hours from 09am till 5pm. Slot step by default is 60 minutes in that case. So your booking options would be:

09:00am - 10:00am
10:00am - 11:00am
...

if you set slot step to be 30 minutes instead of 60 then it will look like this:

09:00am - 10:00am
09:30am - 10:30am
10:00am - 11:00am
10:30am - 11:30am
