When are you going to answer the questions about the *paid* EA Connect plugin?

People (including myself) have been asking multiple times how they can fix problems with syncing EA with Google calendars. The last month you seem to be not very responsive. Please remind: this is a paid plugin and we are entitled to receive your support, aren't we?
