Hi, by default deleted Appointment on Google Calendar are canceled inside EA. Is that the case that you have? Best regards, Nikola
ernesto_parisii Staff replied 5 years ago

Yes that what I was expecting to happen. Last time when I did the test it worked. Appointments which I deleted in GCal where removed from EA. But yesterday as I did the test it did not work anymore. The appointment which I deleted in GCal yesterday is still in EA.. I didn’t change anything on the config ….thank you so much

Hi, can you please tell me do you have any warning message regarding WP Cron when you open EA Extension Google Settings?

Best regards,
Nikola

You mean the sync log file? it is empty because I set it to error only. now I changed to log everything. I try again and I let you know. Thank you

Ok, is your WP Cron connected to system scheduler on your hosting?

ernesto_parisii Staff replied 5 years ago

to be honest I don’t know. It works perfectly when syncing from EA to GCal but back not. And the test I did not I worked, but yesterday it did not. What I see is that the time stamp of the loge file shows 1 hour behind even if my settings in WordPress are right. below the logfile

I mean that the test I just did worked, but yesterday it did not. Synching from EA to GCal worked always but not back.

ernesto_parisii Staff answered 5 years ago
Hi Nikole. today the sync back from google calendar is again not working. I noted that if this feature is not used for a while it just stops. As i described above it is very shaky. what do you suggest? creating a extra crontap? If yes what is the command`?
Nikola Loncar Staff answered 5 years ago
Hi Ernesto, I am not sure how can you not use that function. Cron should run all the time. Maybe token expire but then it will not work in both directions. Do you have WP Cron connected to your system scheduler on hosting? Best regards, Nikola
