Good morning, it's been about a month that users and service provider do not receive anymore mail confirmation but rare times. I tried also with test mail function and it does not work. The plugin is correctly updated (v3.10.3). So my client has been experiencing lots of disruptions. How can I fix the problem? Thank you

Hi, do you receive any email from your site? Could be that your hosting is blacklisted also. First is to check if you are getting any email from site. You have inside EA Tools page option to test both native and wp mail function. Please share the result here. Best regards, Nikola
