Hi Rocio, can you please check if you have advance sync option mappings inside EA Extension settings. It's at the bottom of the page. Please avoid any value for mappings.

Best regards,
Nikola

Hi Nikola, I have several calendars, yes. I send you a picture: https://we.tl/t-aFe77vqWSS. I have this configuration since last year, but it stopped working some weeks ago. If I remove them, how can I differentiate the services in different calendars? Now I am using two calendars: "Recogidas" and "Citas Quémono". The most important is "Citas Quémono". Kind regards, Rocio

Hi Nikola, Do you have any news? Best regards, Rocio
Nikola Loncar Staff answered 8 months ago

Hi Rocio, how often those messages are inside log files?

Best regards,
Nikola

rocio_gutierrez Staff replied 7 months ago

Hi Nikola,

The message error appears in the file public_html/php_errorlog each 5 minutes. The Google sync interval of the plugin is set each 5 minutes, I understand that is why the error appears that often.

Best regards,
Rocio
