2 ways google not working
Hi Rocio, can you please check if you have advance sync option mappings inside EA Extension settings. It's at the bottom of the page. Please avoid any
value for mappings.
Best regards,
Nikola
Hi, can you please check error log file on your hosting? Maybe there is something related regarding sync.
Best regards,
Nikola

Hi Rocio, how often those messages are inside log files?
Best regards,
Nikola
Hi Nikola,
The message error appears in the file public_html/php_errorlog each 5 minutes. The Google sync interval of the plugin is set each 5 minutes, I understand that is why the error appears that often.
Best regards,
Rocio
