Hi Nikola, 1- Someone already asked this question 1 year ago, but I would like to not hide "personal information" I have no idea how to do it with CSS Could you please provide some CSS that we can include in the page to achieve it?  2- When the user will be able to fill up the form before selecting an appointment, will it be possible to click the submit button or an error message will appear to force the customer to select an appointment before submitting?  Thank you very much for your help Kind regards Clem
