Confirmation emails not being sent
Hello,
for unknown reason confirmation emails are not sent to the customer anymore.
Template are defined, check boxes set.
When user request an appointment, it will stay in "requested". The customer gets an email on that.
If the appointment is confirmed in back office, the customer does not get any email.
When an appointment gets cancelled as well an email is sent.
So only the confirmation does not work. Any Idea somebody? Thanks a lot for your input
