In the user settings on the customize settings it comes up as a blank page.  There is nothing shown to alter anything. I see that several people have made this comment and the comments are marked as fixed without actually fixing it.  I have used both Firefox and Chrome. Version 1.9.28 still works, and every update since then does not, so I consistently downgrade to version 1.9.28.  The url link for the customize page is the same /wp-admin/admin.php?page=easy_app_settings#custumize/ There is not much more I can do except to offer you access to my wordpress site so you can see for yourself. But I can not and will not update the plugin to a verson that does not allow the customization screen to be shown
