Hi Areab, looks like you have script that is altering select fields on your site. Can you please turn that off? As I see on site it is called fancy-select. Way to turn it of is to go you your theme folder: find init.js file and instead of this: fancySelectStyling(); put this: // fancySelectStyling(); after that do the hard refresh page to load new assets.
