Hei Nikola,
I want to buy the "Extension - STARTER" version but I would like to answer two questions:
1. does the booking system work so that the meeting has the status "Confirmed" ONLY gday the customer will pay the meeting (PayPal or WooCommerce); if I cancel or interrupt the payment, will the meeting date still be available?
2. is it possible to remember customer data (name, email, etc.) so that he does not have to enter his data every time?
Greetings,
Rafal

Hi, Rafal, 1. Yes that should be the case. It will be pending if Payment process is not completed. It will hold slot but you can cancel it via link as admin. Do you want automatically to change status from pending to cancel? Pending status is there to prevent overbooking. 2. That is done now, it will remember fields for user on Browser level. If you want you can use logged in data for user. For example if you have your customers as WP users on your site. Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola
thank you for the quick reply!
1. I mean automatic cancellation if no payment has been made. If it is possible? In this case, does the “Pending” status have a limited time? Is it better to use PayPal payments or connect with WooCommerce?
2. OK, I want to use login information from WooCommerce or WP.

Greetings,
Rafal

Hi Rafal, sorry for waiting. There is no automatic cancellation of those pending appointments. Regarding difference between PayPal and WooCommerce it is up to you. Simple way is to use PayPal because it will be done in one step. For WooCommerce it will take also checkout.
2. You can use info from user that is logged into WP. Look at default value for custom fields, there you can set those values.

Best regards,
Nikola
